Concrete can be classified based on the consistency at the green stage, hardened concrete properties, and texture of concrete such as no-slump concrete, high strength concrete, lightweight concrete, color concrete, EPS beads concrete, foam concrete, etc. At the green stage, concrete consistency can be usually related to slumping and flowability. If the slump is totally collapsed and the concrete flow takes place immediately after mixing of concrete, then it is termed as self-compacting concrete or self concrete. When the concrete has zero slumps, the concrete can be termed as no-slump concrete. If the density of concrete is between 800 to 2000 kg/m it may be referred to as lightweight concrete. Some panels are made with concrete and in sandwich construction with EPS blocks then the resulting product is a form of lightweight construction. The additional properties like fire resistance, acoustic, radiation, and thermal insulation, long term durability, etc., are some precast elements in many special building constructions.
